The shower was huge and the water pressure the best I’ve ever had

arrived just before 11pm, spent 10minutes attempting to ring the bell to enter and check in before just walking in when other guests opened with their pass. staff work oblivious and non apologetic. I was not warned of the construction going on next door either which unpleasantly woke me up at 6am. would have been nice to be informed as a long day was ahead and was difficult without much rest.

It was a really long time ago when I stayed in this hotel. As I recalled I was happy about eveything. Walking distance to Chinatown and Coles. If you are driving there is a car park just next to hotel and of course it's not for free but cheap for night parking.

The rooms are massive (maybe even unnecessarily so), but many of the basics are lacking: Tissues, pen/paper, shampoo, bathroom accessories, etc. For the price per night, it's not a place that you'd stay for too long. So I'd expect everything to be stocked up on and ready for my arrival. I'm not going to be scrambling to buy all the necessities from the nearest supermarket (which is not even close, and closes at 5pm). Also, I accidentally left a book at the hotel. It's been 24 hours, I've called them 5 times, and nobody's ever picked up the phone. The staff are nice in person, but a lot is lacking with this hotel that made my experience sub-par.

Nice new apartments well fitted out. Reception staff particularly helpful, central but still quiet location and very good value

Great Appartment, we fitted out in the bedrooms and living areas close to the city and sities of Adeaide. Will be going again
