Very old property, kitchen and bathroom have had some renovation. It was ideal for a short stay. Needs a good dust and new furniture. Very convient position.

The downside of our visit was that our car space was taken, there were no other options so we had to park in a restricted area which caused unnecessary stress

Great location

The place is a little run down, but the and the cleaning is poor. Frigde could do with a wipe out, Dishes were dirty, lounge needed a good clean and previous people had left there belong hanging in cupboard. Not enough cutlery or plates for 8 people. Good thing about this place was location and the price.

Apartment was in a good location but was very shabby. The biggest issue was a lack of communication with a human being. If you haven’t got an Australian phone you basically can’t stay here. Despite emailing them daily and asking Expedia to ring them the best I achieved was them sending a receipt for payment. We were unable to get any reply to emails and would have been out on the street despite paying in full . Fortunately we were able to borrow a phone to contact them for the entry Cade. Awful service.

Homestay experience

The location is beside University of Adelaide research institute. Excellent location near to many amenities while not being too crowded. Apartment is excellence with kitchen utensils and cookware. Excellent for homestay for family. Nice clean bedsheets, toilet and excellent service in their daily cleaning aervices

Good location for footy and close to city, however accommodation is very outdated and nothing like the pictures at all. Bed was uncomfortable and fair amount of street noise. Car park is terrible and not enough spots to cover guests. They are in deed of a decent upgrade.

Always a good place to stay for footy at Adelaide oval...close to city for shopping. Beds ( queen size) were comfy. Double glazing on windows was good...quiet.

Location is perfect can get to cbd in a couple of minutes one way abd oconnel st north adelaide is just aroubd the corner plenty of food options and shopping in every direction. The cleaners are quite disrespectful slamming doors and talking very loudly before 7 30 am. I had been up all night with my daughter just got to aleep and the neighbours door gets slamned 5 plus times in a matter of minutes dobt get me wrong they are there to do a job but they need to remember the business they are working at is for ppl to lay there heads. The bathroom shower drain is blocked a fair amount of mold throughout the bathroom.

Great location, easy parking and checkin. Back two bedrooms were good but front bedroom was very bright and extremely loud with pedestrian crossing light all night! Carpets need cleaning as after showers childrens feet were black from grime on floors. Dead cockroaches kept appearing, sheets and towels shoved in cupboard and not even folded.
