This thoughtfully styled apartment offers a comfortable, easy-going stay, with a layout designed for both relaxation and practicality. Positioned on the first floor with stair access only, the space feels light and open, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The living area invites you to unwind, with a cosy sofa and armchair offering a relaxed spot to watch TV or settle in after a day out. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, extending the space and providing a natural place to enjoy fresh air throughout the day. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals, featuring a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine to start your mornings with ease. The adjoining dining area is ideal for shared meals, while bar seating by the window offers a casual perch to enjoy a drink or coffee while taking in the outlook.

Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, each featuring a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, and blockout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. Heating in each room adds extra comfort during cooler evenings. The bathroom includes a shower over bath, vanity, and essential amenities, offering a practical space to refresh.

A concealed laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays. Off-street parking and keyless entry complete a seamless and stress-free experience.

Access is via two flights of stairs to the first-floor apartment, as there is no lift on site.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
