Welcome to `Gone Coastal`. This airy, bright home is the epitome of comfortable living. Located on Charles Sturt Avenue only 500m from the beach, Gone Coastal is just a short drive (or even walk!) to Grange Beach and Henley Square.
Upon arrival at the property you’ll immediately feel as though you`re at home and ready to enjoy all that the Adelaide has to offer. Entry into our home is via electronic smart lock for ease of access 24 hours.
This appealing, spacious home has been recently updated to the highest of standards. Our open plan living, kitchen and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book.
Open up the sliding doors and let the breeze flow through while you step out into your private undercover entertaining area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including an oven, cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and plenty of wine glasses! Take a seat at our dining table or open the doors to outside and entertain in style with our 8 seater table, perfect for those long Summer nights so close to the seaside.
Our queen size master suite boasts a sophisticated decor, designer side tables, luxury high loft quilts and pillows and super soft vintage wash linen. There is a built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space for your convenience. Adjoining the master bedroom is an ensuite with a shower, vanity and toilet.
Our second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, vintage wash linen and built-in robe.
The third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed ideal for families, particularly with small children. The built-in wardrobe contains some toys and small items to keep little hands occupied. If additional adult guests share this space, the luxury high loft quilts, pillows and soft wash vintage linen still line the beds for the ultimate in luxury comfort. A desk resides in this room if anyone needs a quiet space for the work ‘that just cannot wait’.
Ducted heating and cooling is available throughout the home.
The main bathroom has a shower, under basin storage and towel rails with a separate toilet next door.
We have a washing machine, dryer and small outdoor clothesline for your convenience. Enjoy the provisions of hair and body care amenities.
There is a fenced in grassed front yard and a side parking area available with single car lockup garage and an additional space in the driveway if needed.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
For entertainment, guests can expect to find TVs. Other amenities include kitchens, washing machines, and 2 bathrooms.

Transport is very nearby! It's right on the train line!!Everything was good, just multiple light globes not working. Also face washers and tea towels would have been nice. Close to beach and the Grange Hotel for dinner
