Great price but has downsides This will be a really honest review. Price wise it was worth the price for ten days was brilliant but there is a lot to consider. - location is not great it’s on the side of the mountain or steep hill . If you cannot walk do not book here as you’ll need to order taxis everywhere. Getting to upper level may require using 3 lifts (yes three ). Walk back from the beach was a hike l. A steep hill , so many steps and lifts. The hotel apartments are really nice they have a kitchen and balcony area. They include a fridge and microwave. Note : The bed was horrible like sleeping on a flat stone not soft at all. The pool and shop had odd opening hours take note. But water and milk is always available from reception. The second pool is not available to guests staying in the main building it seems. The onsite restaurant we did not use as it was very over priced breakfast €16 pp for example.

The only caveat is the uphill walk—so if you’re venturing out on foot, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, the views and surroundings make it worth every step. What truly sets this place apart is the thoughtful touch on departure day. You can leave your luggage safely, enjoy a final dip in the swimming pool, and even freshen up in a courtesy room with clean towels before heading off. It’s that kind of attention to detail that makes you feel genuinely cared for. And let’s not forget the on-site shop—convenient, well-stocked, and perfect for picking up a few essentials or souvenirs.

The hotel is ideal for families with children. Staff is very friendly. The location is great because Siam park and many nice restaurants are within 20 minutes of walking distance. The pool restaurant may improve the quality of the food and drinks.

One bed apparent was small but functional. The balcony area was huge but the rooms were compact and clean and starting to look a little in need of an upgrade. The pool area was small but clean and quiet, and you could always get pool loungers with some shade. The staff were all very friendly, and the shop was very small but good for top ups. The hotel is at the top of a pretty much unwalkably steep hill, but it's a short walk into town and only 5E to get a cab back.

Nice apartment for touring the island.

Lovely large apartments with huge balconies. Great place to explore the island from but don't think of it as a resort with entertainment that you will never leave like many larger complexes with all inclusive. Air con in each room individually controlled. Two bathrooms in the 2 bed. Location quiet (can hear the water park but not intrusive even on midnight opening days) about 800m from the beach / restaurants up a steep hill / steps. Pool and bar food were ok, never busy but only used them both once in a week. Kids didn't like the pool, they didn't like the water, but couldn't say why (maybe chlorine?). Lifeguard on duty all day. Didn't get a chance to use the restaurant. Bar food for lunch was nice. Shop onsite was handy. Parking almost onsite/ nearby, only once didn't get a space on a Sunday. I think busy as walking distance to Siam Park, which was really convenient. 1 towel change for 7 night stay, no apartment cleaning. I get the impression this is a managed property service for individual apartment owners but could be wrong. Siam Mall up the road has a big supermarket and nice food hall. Go off peak otherwise tough to get parking. Would go here again for the apartment and location alone.

A lovely 4 days - just mind the steps.

We had a really enjoyable 4 night stay at Wyndham Residences. From the moment we arrived we found the staff to be really friendly, helpful and cheerful. Our room/apartment was comfortable and benefited from a fabulous large balcony with plenty of furniture, overlooking the sea. The breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of options available for lunch by the pool. We didn't eat there in the evenings. The hotel is 10 minutes or so from Siam Park which we also visited and thoroughly enjoyed. The only call-outs that are anyway negative are that the hotel is stepped into the hill so there are a lot of inclines and a lot of steps (although there are lifts available in part a number of them were undergoing maintenance while we were there). I feel the steep walk up and number of steps could have been better noted in the hotel description at booking. Also the pool is a consistent 1.8m plus throughout with no graduated dept that you find in most pools as they move from shallow to deep - this wasn't ideal.

We really enjoyed our stay in Costa Adeje. It was a return visit to this hotel. We were allocated room a room directly above the restaurant so unfortunately we were awoken most mornings between 0630 and 0730 by early morning staff arrivals and activities in the restaurant. We did request twice to be moved to an alternative room. But were advised that nothing was available over our stay. Staff and hotel facilities were excellent and a couple of issues we had (with a faulty air conditioner) were efficiently dealt with through supply of a fan for 24 hours until a permanent fix was complete. Overall a excellent facility with great staff and I would recommend, although perhaps try and avoid room directly above the resturant if you fancy relaxing lie in each morning.

Great place for a quiet holiday.

The apartment was great. Very clean, spacious with adequate equipment and utensils in the kitchen. Pool area very nice and staff super friendly. Bit of a let down was the entertainment was average at best and only in the restaurant in the evening. The kids club was closed for the first 6-7 days of our trip and the opening hours of excursions office and mini market was very limited. Good laundry facilities. Despite being at the top of a very steep hill, taxi services were quick when called. Laundry facilities were good and easy to use. If you want a quiet holiday away from hustle and bustle, this is the ideal place. If you want entertained and more livelier days, probably better closer to the coast.

We had a great stay. The room was nice, the pools were lovely and not too crowded, and the staff were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too. It was a great place to stay with a toddler, with the kids pool and spacious rooms. The bed was comfy and we were able to take the mattress off the sofa bed and put it on the floor for our toddler. Downsides were that it's a bit of a trek down to the beach, but taxis were quick and not too expensive. And in the evening there's a bit of noise from the water park nearby but not if you close the balcony doors.

We loved our stay, our apartment had a lovely terrace with a hot tub, we also had access to a quieter pool. Staff we lovely, our meal there was delicious. Easy down hill walk to the sea/restaurants. Hopped into a taxi back as a big hill which cost between 5-7 euros. Also a 10 minute walk to Siam Park.

Property is beautiful, out of the way but still close to everything, we could see the top of a flume from siam park from the balcony but not much noise so really peaceful, the room was spacious and clean, hot tub was fab, I basically lived in it the entire time, its cleaned often too. Took the firestick that was fine for the livingroom tv but wasnt able to use on the bedroom one, we used the tablet to watch tv in bed. There are parking spaces, but the disabled spaces are up a very narrow and steep hill, its ok once youve drove up and down it a couple of times though, so wasnt a problem. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, everything was cooked perfectly, the coffee and juices were great, definetely was english style food so perfect for any picky eaters that are ok with toast, sausages, hash browns and bacon, some cake and pastry too, couldnt fault it. The sofa bed was two singles though and there was a space in between them, never seen that before but they brought a double matress topper to make it a double bed as soon as I asked which sorted the problem. I read reviews saying not all room has washing machine but ours did, the microwave was easy enough to work, the kettle was clean, fridge freezer was spacious and a bottle of water in it on arrival. We've already booked our next stay in 3 months with the Wyndham residences, we'll probably be back every year to be honest, it just ticked all the boxes for us really, highly recommend.

Nice small resort with a very cosy and friendly feel. We had a 2 bed apartment with jacuzzi on the balcony. Very comfortable and catered for all our needs
