Promise of a refund denied

The apartment was situated next to an apartment under reconstrction, another apartment above was also being renovated so the noice was unbearable. The manager of the listing promised us a refund and to contact the vrbo offive but later said that the owners refused to refund. we left after staying one night in the apartment for a hotel. The apartment was also very dirty.

Nice apartment

The property was very nice and had everything needed for a short holiday. Maybe a few more basics would be appreciated like soap, more toilet rolls etc but overall apartment and out side apace were good. Unfortuntely the outdoor chairs were both broken so unable to eat outside for breakfast and lunch which we like. Overall I liked the area and apartment and would stay again for a short holiday, maybe more in the winter months as it was very hot indoors even though fans were great and a real godsend or heat would have been unbearable.
