Communication and check in excellent.Initial access provided by an e-mailed link which when activated electronically unlocked the door with the physical keys left waiting inside on kitchen table.Overall cleanliness was poor.Kitchen worktops dirty.My wife had to clean them with cloths she had brought with her.Same for bathroom.Wardrobe shelves and floor dusty.Stained mattress protectors.Cushions on sofa and seats at dining table grubby and marked.No tea towels and poor kitchen utensils.TV remote not working but didnt use much anyway.Code written on WIFI router was not the correct one but quickly advised by owner.We were there for 11 night stay and there was no spare towels or bedding provided although this was quickly rectified.Apartment could benefit from a good facelift.Bathroom needs either a walk in shower or a decent screen door on bath rather than a shower curtain.Large bedroom and mattresses were soft and comfortable.However the bed frames were a lot smaller than the mattresses which caused an overhang which often meant you felt as if you could fall out of bed.Bedroom at front of apartment which overlooks the main entrance of hotel and is also over delivery bay and bins.Could be very noisy at 4am when bins were emptied and also when there were early morning deliveries.Terrace at rear great for sunbathing and fairly private.As mentioned in a previous review you can get better apts for less money in this area.As said a good update to the apts would be beneficial
