The rooms windows didn’t close, balcony doors were broken, bed slides all over the place on the tile floor, shower ran out of hot water within 3mins…absolutely not fit for purpose let alone the insane price per night for the quality received, I’d stayed 10mins further away from this location for the 7 days prior for £55 cheaper per night and it was 10x better

Lovely apartments

Lovely apartments. In a prime location near shops bars etc. We stayed all inclusive and wouldn't recommend it as food poor and drinks around the pool were diluted. But would return to apartments.

the hotel was spotless clean,there was a different choice for food everyday. only one problem shower only runs hot for 3 mins then you have to wait for it to heat up,that was the only problem but the hotel is lovely we booking up for next year too.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The food in the restaurant was really nice with good choices. We went all inclusive as we took our small Grandchildren. The children liked the half hour for the children's disco and the quiz/bingo were fun. The pool and pool area was cleaned everyday. The rooms were clean but a bit dated and could do with a revamp but you get what you pay for. Wifi only worked in reception. The 'All Inclusive' stopped at 10.30pm. It is close to the water parks, which are well worth a visit... But remember your water shoes.

Laguna Park 1 Apartments

The Laguna Park 1 is an excellent place to stay. I stayed for 4 nights all inclusive. The apartment is very big, the lounge /kitchen has a balcony overlooking the restaurants outside and the entrance to the apartment was a few steps to the pool area. The pool is big and deep in some areas and shallow in one end so it's suitable for adults who want to swim and for families with children. The buffet restaurant had everything you wanted to eat for all three meals and in between there were snacks outside by the pool. There is childrens entertainment early evening in the bar. Its location is an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and bars and to the sea front promenade. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return here for my next stay in Tenerife Ask for the pool side apartments with the road view when booking. My apartment was 217A

Nice hotel in beautiful area

The apartment was spacious and most importantly clean. Surprisingly the lights in the rooms were far too dark especially in the kitchen area. Nevertheless we had a very nice stay in the hotel.

Hotel is in great location. Room is basic but is clean. They are cleaned regularly and staff are fine. No complaints. Only downfall was breakfast. If you like sausages and bacon you will be disappointed. The sausages taste like nothing I have ever tasted before and the bacon (substitute) is, if your British, not what you would expect. Maybe its a Spanish version, looks like a strip of leather - tasteless. There is however some restaurants just outside the Hotel offering a large breakfast for around euro 3.50.

We arrived were checked in efficiently went to a lovely clean room, nice view of the sea, went to the bar great service, staff were very helpful only criticism would be the food wasn't up to standard but would definitely stay again
