All wonderful! The view is amazing! The personnel friendly. The food is good. The swimming pool excellent. I really recommend this hotel for the family who look for a quiet place. All good except the childrens not allowed in the jacuzzy even together with their parents.

Myself, my wife and our 21 month old daughter stayed at the Roca Nivaria for 1 week in August. The staff were really accommodating, finding us a room with a balcony that had sun for the crucial times of the day. The kids club was excellent and the team running it were so warm and confident that you could easily relax when you dropped the little one off. Great food choice however if you want to try the other restaurants rather than the buffet book early. All in all a superb stay.

A little late on reviewing as our family of 2 adults and 2 children (then age 3 and 6) went in August 2018 (not 2019) on recommendation from friends. The hotel service on check in was excellent and very friendly and smooth. We had 2 interconnecting rooms and for someone who likes space we had plenty of room with the benefit of 2 bathrooms ! The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. The quality of the restaurant (buffet) was very high with plenty of selection of veggie and fish options. The kids loved the kids buffet selection with the childrens plastic cutlery this made life easier ! The lunch restaurant was also very nice, we were half board and even though salads were not on the menu, they were more than happy to create a salad for us as these were available for the AI lunch buffet guests so it was no trouble for them. The soft play/video games room attached to the restaurant meant we could eat our deserts in peace ! The mini disco is at 8.30pm which we felt was a little late at first but was perfect since we could take our time eating and not feel rushed (unlike Princesa Yaiza off season time of 7.30pm which is far too early for anyone considering the 2 hotels !) our kids loved the character Roni the whale (who was a regular around the the mini disco and all the staff really worked very hard and had lots of enthusiasm which is needed with young children ! Our kids loved the kids club too and everyone was very friendly and looked after our children very well ! There's a small beach easily accessible from the hotel but if you want the main beach at Costa Adeje then take the free shuttle bus to Jardines de Navaria hotel. The Pool was nice and warm and the children's pool was perfect and never a problem getting a sunbed close enough to watch our children ! From start to finish the holiday was excellent. My only criticism is that the waiting staff picked up your plate before you had finished chewing your last mouthful ! We will defititely be returning !

One of the best places in which I rested. Great quality hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Delicious food. Live voice in evening programs. Great animation team work. Mini-golf, tennis courts. Two large original outdoor pools. One with heated sea water, the other with fresh.

Of all the holidays I have ever been on, and all the hotels I have ever stayed in Roca Nivaria was the best ! I can find no fault whatsoever with this hotel. The location and view where stunning, the staff where belong helpful and courteous, the food was 5 Star cuisine ! I cannot recommend this hotel enough !

This was our first holiday as a married couple after 3 years and we absolutely loved it. The hotel has great architectural designs, an amazing sea view. Spacious rooms, delicious food and helpful staff. If you’re looking somewhere to have a relaxed holiday then this hotel is the one. Slightly far from the main tourist locations but there is a bus service right on your door step. You could take the bus number 471 to go to Playa Las Americas and Los Cristianos. We would definitely come back to this hotel, although there are a few points I would like to mention which didn’t spoil our holiday but would of made it better without it. 1. The used towels in the bedroom were not being changed everyday. 2. The trousers only rule for dinner was a bit too much especially in the warm weather. I was told once infront of dinners to leave and get changed into trousers. 3. The evening shows and entertainment could of been better.

Hotel is located at the first beach lane, close to Southern Airport, surrounded with many type of restaurants. Very professional team and good architectural decisions on planning. Good food, good service. No problem with communications.

I am what you would call a fussy customer so trying to find a hotel i actually like let alone love is a very difficult task, on this occasion I LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! The website photos dont do it any justice, our room was a superior suite (233) and had an amazing unspoilt view of the ocean and the gardens. The room was very stylish and modern with very good fixtures and fittings and luxury bathrooom. Kids club was amazing for our two youngest (10 months and 2) who happily went to it every day. Food was fantastic but i personally wouldn't do All inclusive next time as i dont drink alcohol so it wasnt worth the extra. The hotel was very classy and as for the comments about it being boring - well you missed the whole point of this hotel, it is for relaxing not for raving it up by a pool side - We only left the hotel once in 10 days to visit Siam Park which we booked via the hotel and got the full VIP passes which was worth every penny - We will definatly be back and cant wait for the new water slides to open (this area is round the back from the main pool areas)

We have just stayed for 10 nights with our 3 children aged 7,4 & 1 and had an amazing relaxed time. Stayed in a Junior Suite with sea view which was amazing. The staff are impeccable and so friendly (especially Lin in the buffet!) and our oldest two loved the evening mini-disco. Excellent food choices for adults and kids. 3 minor points although these did not detract from the holiday nor stop me recommending this hotel: 1: Only liquid soap in the bedroom bathrooms. We would have liked a bar as well. 2:The heated pool was saltwater - I don’t understand why it was not freshwater like the lower pool (my eldest wouldn’t swim in it as a result) 3: Trousers only policy at dinner. I found this a bit annoying especially in a hot climate such as Tenerife and also meant extra packing. I also know of one guest who was not aware and as such had to wear his tracksuit bottoms that he’d flown in every night. Despite this we would 100% return! Thank you for a great holiday Roca Nivaria!

My family loves this hotel. For 8 years we have spent at least a week here to get a proper rest and enjoy quality family fun time. My eldest (now 16) was 8 the first year and all three kids benefitted hugely then from the kids club and mini disco at the time run by the amazing Valeria who still stops to catch up with us every year. Why do we love it? No queues for your table at breakfast, or any time. Amazing food in the buffet (and we normally avoid buffet). Beautiful surroundings at both pools, fantastic and friendly staff, towels at the pool, clean spacious rooms, the feeling that we are in a home away from home. Plus Tenerife has great cycling (Teide), Siam Park, Hikes (barranca del infierno), diving, shopping etc etc. The entertainment is the one thing we probably feel has slightly disimproved over the years - the circus and magic shows are fantastic but sometimes the singing and dancing shows not as good as we remember in the past. In particular we loved Beatles v Rolling Stones and the Michael Jackson show. But really we can not fault this hotel at all as it never fails to deliver on the holiday we are looking for.
