We stayed here half board. Its in a more quiet part of the coast small shopping centre nearby. My brother is disabled and staff were very helpful and kind. Pool has a hoist and the lifeguards were very very kind and helpful. The staff in the restaurant also keen to help with allergies. The entertainment in the evenings was good. Rooms large and nice amenities. The staff in this hotel are excellent. Only complaints are that the room is not completely accessible - bed light and moves around isnt great for getting up from with mobility issues. Balcony not completely accessible with a small lip for a wheelchair not easy to navigate. Buffet highly fish and meat based and the other items not great for fish allergy or vegetarians. Halfboard charged €3 for water which is a bit much when we paid so much for the hotel. I thought the food in general could have been better but the privilege food was nicer if you pay more you can use the other restaurants. We had lunch one day by the pool - frozen burger patty poor quality dont recommend! Overall this place is a lovely choice for families and couples without food allergies and if you want to stay hotel based it has good facilities lovely rooms and helpful staff!

Great for families but Kids club needs a makeover

We had a fantastic stay at this H10 hotel, especially as a family with kids. The hotel was super child-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The buffet was amazing—great variety and high quality—and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The only downside was the kids’ club, which lacked a good toy assortment. Some toys were either broken or not very clean, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard. That said, the staff there were absolutely lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and would still highly recommend it for families!

CHILL OUT WEEK .

Super hotel, super service . We were a family of 3 generations aged 23 to 81. The hotel suited all of us for a quiet relaxing week away. Every member of staff had a genuine smile an seemed pleased to work there. We were half board and more than happy with the main buffet restaurant. The pools were all heated, even my husband used them and it does have to be warm for him to venture in! The resort is hilly but taxis were readily available and the bus service was easy and regular. We had a room overlooking the Hard Rock Hotel. Yes, there was music to be heard but it ended at 11pm and during the day we were barely in the room to hear it. Those rooms offered a side sea view even from the block furthest away. We would definitely return to the hotel.

It’s a shame

Nice location and good pool for the kids. What lets it down is genuinely terrible service. 45 minutes to check in, no coffee service at breakfast, tried to order a coffee after dinner, no coffee. Takeaway coffee from the cafe..prohibited. Towel service always empty so no pool towels available. Went to the Spa, and the attendant was sick…trying to enjoy my massage with sniff cough sniff was gross. I was still charged anyway even though cancelled 1/3 of way through. It is a shame but the service is 2* at Best. Room nice, view stunning and buffet quite good. I think they just need more trained staff or to pay them properly:

Pity about loud music from neighbouring hotel so couldn’t enjoy our balcony with lateral sea view very much. Coffee in room was tasteless and horrible. It certainly did not reflect a hotel in a 5 star category.
