The check in was really bad, but once my room was sorted everything was great. Easy to get a taxi from the hotel (Uber and Bolt), great for food deliveries and because the serviced accommodation was in a central location everything was a short ride away. I would stay here again as it is safe and the reception staff and security are really nice.

Lovely apartment, with lovely outlook over the pool and garden. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owner about the arrival arrangements. Strong reliable WiFi. Embassy Gardens has three pools. We used the nearest one daily and found it clean and the perfect temperature. Nowhere really to walk to from the apartments, there's taxis outside, but we used Uber mostly.

On arrival, check in was slow and there was nobody on hand immediately to complete the checking in. There was no instruction in the apartment about using the 2 to remote controls. No information around about the accessibility of the WiFi. The air- condition is not effective as the door to the balcony does nt shut properly.

The place is very great, i loved the environment snd everything in the apartment The only thing is to work on room service, the lady came every 3days, i reported i needed gabbage to be taken out, which she did take out, and promised to come back with baggage bag but never did throughout my stay.

I paid for an apartment I got a studio when ask where is my paid apartment I was told they already gave it to someone else. They found me another apartment only it was dirty. I end up taking the studio and no refund from the apartment that I paid extra for.
