I spent seven days here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are recently renovated, clean and new. The beds were very comfortable, something I really need as I have back issues. I stayed in the standard plus room that had a little extra living space and it was well worth it - room to stretch and exercise, work on the computer, read, etc. The air conditioning was very comfortable and consistent. The buffet style meals were beneficial in that they were both quick when we needed to get on with our work days quickly and helpful as I was unfamiliar with Ghanaian food so I could try a little bit of a variety of things until I figured out what I liked (which was just about everything!). The pool was also a nice place to relax for a bit after a long day of meetings and driving. And there are enough grounds around the hotel that you feel less hemmed in that in a downtown skycraper hotel. .
