There were about 20 people in our group and checking in was a bit frustrating. The breakfast selections were good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The bathroom amenities were great. My only complaint was the pool hours - the pool closed at 6pm - which I thought was too early.

A Truly Outstanding Stay – Exemplary Service and Comfort From the moment we arrived at 1am, the customer service was nothing short of excellent. The gentleman who checked us in was warm and professional, setting the tone for our entire stay. Special thanks to the manager, Lola, whose leadership is clearly reflected in how well the entire team operates — everyone truly understands what it means to deliver top-tier hospitality. It’s easy to see why this is considered the best 4-star hotel in Ghana. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the duplex setup is a brilliant option for families or anyone travelling with children — spacious, practical, and thoughtfully designed. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. In fact, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Nice pool which very quiet which was great for the kids. The duplex room was huge and very comfortable for our family (only two towels though but quickly resolved the morning after we arrived) Buffet in mornings suitably varied but the buffet in the evening was very overpriced for what was offered. Only one real complaint and that’s the pick up process from the airport. I emailed ahead to pre book but upon arrival we waited a further 40 minutes in their office at the airport before anyone turned up to take us to the hotel. So be aware!
