great privacy ,exelente customer support , i will go back on my next trip

Hello, I would like to share my experience in Las brisas hotel in Acapulco. I have zero complaints everything was just great. I was upgraded to the jounior suite room. Nice room/Big bathroom. I would recommend this room if you will be sharing it with a significant other.. They bring you coffee and pastries in the mornings with a plate of fruit watermelon/cantalop. Staff is extremely friendly and will cater 2 all of your needs. I don't like to swim in public pools so your own pool in your room it's the best part of it all. This hotel is peaceful and quiet not rowdy by any means. I ordered from room service a few nights and I would recommend the arrachera burrito... Location is everything... The location is perfect a short 10-15 minute taxi ride will get you to the Main Streets. There a lot of restaurants, markets and little shopping centers. You can do a lot of walking (as I did) and really getting the feel of Acapulco... I wouldn't recommend staying in Zona diamanté near the bahia of Puerto Marquez . As It will be too far and you will spend A LOT of money for transportation... Theres no need to hesitate about safety. You will see a lot of military police literally "Everywhere" Don't use the hotel taxi they will charge you 2x more. Just walk out and you will see a lot drive by. (Whiteandyellow) ride should range $80-120 pesos each way. Acapulco fits the budget for tours and eating out all day. Will be back to las brisas!

Extremely friendly staff. Nice, quiet private rooms with amazing bay views.

I do no like Acapulco but, stay at Brisas hotel change my opinion about it, nice place and staff. Very recommended

Las Brisas is a hotel with history, and for good reason. It's set on the mountainside a km or two from the hubbub of the tourist center. Views are absolutely beautiful from every room, and it's configured like condos for maximum privacy. Each night we took in the sunset from our balcony, after taking a dip in our private pool. Just amazingly relaxing and stunning. The staff was great and are happy to help with anything you need. Room service food was quite good when we used it, wifi worked great, cleaning staff did a great job. This is not a resort though, no 10 restaurants, golf, activities, etc. Room itself was basic, but very comfy, with well stocked minibar, cable tv, iron and board, hairdryer, free bath products etc. Highly recommended! Even better, go during less peak season like we did (early Dec) and it's a HUGE discount.

A wonderful place to stay with spectacular views and incredible service!

Las Brisas was simply perfect!! We had a private pool (casita 437) on the 4th level with no children! Amazing views, privacy & service. Only drawback was lack of coffee/tea making services in the room. Front desk staff exceptionally helpful. We used Senastian Hernandez from Acapulcoforall.com for airport pickup & town tour & he was great too!

This was our 20th visit to The Las Brisas. We will go back. Staff is fabulous. Loved our beautiful room overlooking The Pacific!!!

My room had small ants and spider in my bed and ended on my luggage's. The highway is too close to the rooms that you can hear all the noise from the trucks and cars all night long. The staff was excellent and helpful. The private Concha area for the pool and ocean waters are nice. My kids went snorkeling and had a great time. The Concha restaurant was good, I had the paella which was great but little portion.

This is our home away from home. The staff are like family and the service is spectacular!!! No need to venture off the property - everything you need is at your fingertips. If by some chance there is something you need and they don't have it, they will get it for you.

a very positive experience breakfast in tulipanes restaurant very comfortable and with a beautiful view restaurant very elegant in the night with an amazing view menu selection not so good for children but daughter still enjoyed it pool down the bottom of the hill in la concha was amazing and well worth the mini trips in the minibus the children loved it and the sea pool was so interesting with diving pool and fish in the sea prices at easter time were expensive over easter but reasonable at other times and worth the effort and good value for money i could imagine out of season that it would be amazing and so conveniently located jeeps transport you up and down the hill all the time which is a little curious but works very well

I went on a getaway with my fiance and it was absolutely beautiful. We had our personal pool which was great. The staff is always polite and willing to help. I would definitely recommend Las Brisas to anyone staying in Acapulco.

Need to break away from snow and Winter? Las Brisas lives to its splendor of past decades with renovated casitas, a private pool and the best view of the bay. Room are spotless with very comfortable beds. The 'magic box' that delivers fresh fruit and sweet rolls with hot coffee every morning is a very nice touch. Service is another high point: everybody cares, is friendly and professional. La Concha beach club is fun at the ocean (no actual beach here, no issue for us). Great 'value for the money' stay overall. Note the location is on the side of a mountain, private, quiet. If you are looking to be in the middle of everything, planning to walk outside and party, this is not the place for you. There are enough options to eat right at Las Brisas - don't miss breakfast buffet at El Tulipan with great Mexican live music. Also, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a plate of hors d'oeuvres came by every evening as the perfect snack before dinner. We were sad to leave!

NICE POOL VILLA BUT FIRST DAY WATER WAS LEAKING THEY CHANGED US TO ANOTHER ROOM

If you're looking for a peaceful, romantic and relaxing getaway in Acapulco, it doesn't get any better than Las Brisas! Your own private casita, stunning views, soothing ocean breezes, plus attentive and friendly staff. Every time we went into town, we couldn't wait to get back to our peaceful escape up on the mountainside. Unless your 21 and want to party all day and night, why stay down on the hot crowded hotel strip?

The hotel is paradises !!! The view of the Acapulco bay is the best!!!!! The staff is outstanding !!!

Best staff I have ever encountered, Only one weak link in the chain - the supposedly gourmet restaurant. The service was first class, the food was absolutrly awful.

like almost every hotel in acapulco everything is really RETRO. this hotel is in a "good location" but its just really 80's looking. Everything is old. Staff is nice. But its to much money for what its really worth. The rooms are small. You dont have a fridge. Wont be coming back to this hotel.
