No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby.

stay here if you're fred flinstone. Horrible Hotel

decided to give this hotel another try. I should of stuck with my other disappointment of this hotel. 1st I had requested an earlier check in which the hotel approved upon arrival the night person at the desk charged me 500 pesos for checkin early. I was not given the room I had booked which was 2 beds and i was given a 1 bed. the beds are very old and uncomfortable like sleeping on a log bed. the pillows were thin as paper and im not exagerating. i requested extra pillows and was denied i was told they didnt have any. had no room service therefore no clean towels. i had made prepaid reservation and i was told the hotel could not charge my prepaid reservation with the virtual card that was provided. therefore i had to pay again with my personal card. and now im waiting to be refunded from my third party reservation. will not stay at this property ever again...

this was my 3rd time staying here. and it had been ok the other 2 times. this time the air-condition didn't work, the shower had either hot water or scalding water. in all 3 rooms that I was in. every time I called they sent a housekeeper to check nothing was done. I had booked for 7 nights only stayed 3 nights. I couldn't sleep my last night i had to move the couch right underneath the A/C in order to get some cool air. my room was non refundable and the hotel didn't have the courtesy to refund 3 nights. will never stay here again.

Siempre me ha gustado hospedarme en ese hotel pero esta vez si dejo algobque desear, el aire acondicionado de uno de los cuartos tiraba mucha agua, el ventilador no se pudo prender y el refrigerador no enfriaba, soo9 el congelador enfriaba pero no congelaba, son algunos aspectos pero de alli en fuera me gustó mi estadia en el hotel Suites Jazmin Acapulco

No ofrece lo que dice.

Deberían mostrarse disponibles hasta que esté todo al 100, ofrecen cocina, pero no hay gas, por ende agua caliente, nos mencionaron que al segundo día ya estaría ese servicio y preguntamos y despotamente dijeron “pues cuando lo arreglen”, tampoco hay servicio de TV, línea telefónica e internet. De igual forma cabe destacar que había cucarachas, pésimo y sin olvidar que te cobran el precio completo de la habitación.

Estancia relativamente satisfactoria.

Estuve en excelente ubicación en Suites Jazmín Acapulco, aunque el Aire Acondicionado ( equipo de ventana) estuvo muy ruidoso, El colchón de la cama debió ser más firme.
