Super facilities and great staff made my 2 day 1 night business trip a pleasure. In fact it was so good that I have re-booked for my next trip already which is for the next week. The location is convenient for the Airport and for my business meetings all around Aberdeen.
We stayed at the Palm Court as we were attending a wedding at another venue. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere and we had lunch in the restaurant, the food was very good and highly recommended, the room was cosy and comfortable and our overall stay was good and I would certainly recommend others to stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly
Booked on line in January attending Brewdog AGM. When we arrived the checking time was minimal and was very professionally handled. The room was clean and comfortable with little noise at night. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Warm friendly and clean hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a good hotel that is dog friendly. Ate in restaurant and food piping hot and delicious. Good choice at breakfast. Every member of staff we met were friendly. Will definitely return when visiting Aberdeen.
We visited with friends for a meal. Hubby & friend had sirloin steak (small size) (which they said were a bit chewy.) As no big ones in stock. I chose the venison stovies and friend had shepherds pie as was cold night and we both wanted some “comfort” food. Shepherds pie was fine but stovies when arrived couldn’t find beetroot that had been on menu description. On asking the waiter he advised beetroot was underneath the stovies - which was a bit odd. Anyway eventually found them - the stovies were rather different a dollop of potatoes with the venison sat on top. Although it was tasty enough it was not warm at all. Thought I could advise waiter when he came to ask if everything was ok. Unfortunately I was unable to do this as waiter did not come back until meal done. I ate it but did not enjoy at all. Even when bill was brought we were never asked how meal had been. Such a shame as the menu had sounded so good- an expensive meal for what it was. Will I go back? In a word no.
Stayed for 1 night with wife and young son. Hotel was extremely clean, well presented and all the room facilities were excellent. We were initially in a room above the function room and the noise level was too much with a young child. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and transferred us rooms straight away to a quieter part of the hotel. Breakfast choices were excellent and the quality of food also very good. Our son loved the choices available to him. Staff were very friendly the whole time we were there and we will definitely look to stay here again the next time we're in Aberdeen.
Myself & two daughters travelled for a family reunion-wedding this pass weekend. Linda made sure there were green macaroons out at all times! The family dinner, ceremony & reception were all fabulous. Our rooms & breakfast fit the bill and we so enjoyed our high tea and time in the pub. I hope to go again to the area again with my husband and will stay at the Palm Court Hotel without a second thought!
On entering the hotel you are met at reception by very friendly staff and a lovely lady called Linda . Nothing was a bother to her . Overall, the staff were all really helpful and friendly . The rooms are absolutely spotless and furnished to a very high standard. We were there for refreshments after a family funeral and the service was 1st class.
When working in Aberdeen, this is the preferred hotel of my Colleagues and myself, The staff are really friendly. The rooms are furnished to a high Standard and the food in the restaurant is first class. I hadn't been for about six months and the standards were just as high.
I enjoyed a beautiful meal with some old friends earlier this week and I have to say we all agreed that the food was of the highest standard. The waiter, Matthew I recall his name was? was extremely professional and attentive. We will defiantly be returning in the near future to dine with yourselves.
