"My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. The Queen Anne Inn is about a 5 minute drive away from the main Chatham area which was nice when we had plans. Unrelated to the Queen Anne Inn, the main Chatham area can be a madhouse! The biggest thing that stuck out to me was the staff. I accidentally left my CPAP and I got a call from the Queen Anne Inn informing me. Unfortunately, we were an hour away and headed to the airport to catch our flight. The woman I was talking to at the Queen Anne Inn took it upon herself to offer to ship it to me and, despite my insistence to pay, they also covered the shipping. They absolutely didn't have to since it was my mistake. Thank you to the staff at the Queen Anne Inn!"
