Firelite Lodge
4/5 Good
"Check-in was a nightmare, and I don’t think it’s this hotel‘s fault. Hotels.com, the booking app I used did not inform me that I needed to register for a room code. I showed up having to use the bathroom very bad, and had to sit on the phone for 15 minutes getting this straightened out so I can get into my room. Other than that, the room was nice, especially for the area and price. My only complaint about the room was
the water in the shower was constantly going between extremely hot and extremely cold no matter what I did. It was really annoying. Also being barged in by the maid, who apparently couldn’t read the do not disturb tab hanging on the door knob. I would stay here again, but they need to fix some things. Overall, a very good value.
