Low pressure water in showers. Refrigerator worked off and on. Microwave outlet didn’t work had to relocate it in room.

We went for a stay to visit family and as soon as we entered the room and tried to set our food on the mini fridge it smelled like rotten fish so decided to leave food out later we tried using the microwave and it smelled like onions and even after trying to clean it it proceeded to fill the room with that smell then after we decided to watch tv the tv remote did not work so we had to manually stand up to change channels and at night around 12am to 3 am pound banging echoed the building like they were searching for something so much so me and my partner stayed up all night quiet scared to leave.

Not so welcoming staff upon checking in. Room was decent for the price. The toilet and bathtub room looked renovated and was the best part of the room. Looked really clean. Air conditioner filter was very very dirty. Tried cleaning it myself to of no avail. Room furnitures were worn and beat except for the bed. Desktop lamp wasn’t even plugged in nor had a place to plug it in. The TV was good. Nice size. Bed sheets and pillows were decent. Parking lot needs a lot of work. Very worn and a lot of potholes. During my visit it was raining and pools of water flooded the lot. Overall I don’t believe I’ll ever stay here again.

The rooms are very large. It was furnished with everything you would need away from home. It was very quiet even though it is on El Camino. The young gentleman at the desk was very welcoming, polite and friendly. We will definitely recommend this place. Christy Patneaud

DONOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!Requested to change rooms because of the bedbugs found and the condition of the room was not satisfactory. The front agent that had dealt with this entire time was very rude and claimed that I had trashed the room, which is was just myself and those bedbugs!!!! Was never compensated to a different room at all.
