It was a great price for what you got. Just wish there was an adult only pool, kids splashing in your drinks and not making it relaxable was a bit annoying. But overall I would come back again. Staff was amazing and always making sure you were well taken care of. Maybe a bit more entertainment at night would have been nice. One hour just wasn’t long enough.

Upon arrival, my roommate was not ready until 20 mins after check in. Once I got to my room, the view was nice and the room seemed ok. Later I noticed there were food or some kind of stains on the wall. The toilet stopped up everything you flushed it. You can hear everything in the room next to you. There is no hot water and at night, there is a raging party going on in the lobby that you can hear through the doors and walls. Don’t get me wrong, the pools and outside spaces are very nice. The staff and bartenders are awesome, and Lourdes is THE BEST at massages! You might not spend much time in your room, but good luck trying to sleep with all the craziness going on downstairs.

I’m shocked the place had an 8 rating. Totally not an 8 more like a 5. First the staff checking in are RUDE… the regular rooms are small and NO BALCONIES. I’ve stayed at over 32 all inclusives and have always had a balcony. Here you must pay $100 per night and per person more for same room and room size but a balcony.. I would never go back. Wait staff was good, but one bartender called me a bandehjo not knowing I knew he was calling me an ass. I called him out on it.. never going there again!
