Overall it was ok for one night. Just with the all inclusive it was difficult to feel like to was worth it. No one ever answered the phone. We had a difficulty with the power outlets in the room. Someone had switched them off prior to our arrival so I had to go down the the lobby since no one answered the phone and had to stand in a long line to get help. Once someone came to help and he discovered the issue, felt like he thought I was dumb for not knowing when why would it be off to begin with. Kinda rude. Food and drink were hard to come by. We ordered when we were in line and we had to hunt her down to get it. The bar was usually full at the pool and the front. Crowed is an understatement. Service was non existent, no one ever asked if we needed anything.
Could’ve get ahold of anyone to make a reservation. We were able to get into Mazal after a 30 minute wait. That was the most worthwhile thing.
Lines are long, humid hotel, not a lot of service.
Not worth the all inclusive for one night or a week stay. Will not stay again.
