The reviews say it all, no hot water half the time, rooms absolutely stink like raw sewage, shower and toilet areas had mold growing everywhere. Got stuck on the elevator twice and our elderly friend tripped on a completely broke tile in elevator and hurt herself pretty bad .Food at the buffet was horrible, and literally got everyone in our party sick for 3 straight days. The people working did all they could but the place is beyond needing updated, You can take a dog turd and put whipped cream, chocolate syrup, sprinkles,and a cherry on it , but its still a dog turd.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Only thing this crap hole has going for it, is its location. Do not waste your money like we did.

Food was terrible. You could only eat in the buffet. You had to make a reservation for other restaurants but you could not get a reservation. There would be 5 families dining and 10 open tables but still would not let you in. You get what you pay for at this resort. If you are looking for full amenities with an all inclusive, this is not the place.

Sink water pressure was very low No cleaning for 2 day no clean towels for 2 I had go to front desk ask some to clean the room and clean towels. Can’t reserve restaurants they make us to update pay more to reserve restaurant poor service my first and last time in to this resort…. Very poor service no one speaks English hard to understand

We only spent two nights at this resort. If I had booked this for an entire week, I would have sacrificed the money and booked somewhere else. Pros - pools were fine. The kids area (pirate pool) was a hit, but there are no lounge chairs, just a few tables and chairs set up for parents. Beach area was nice, pretty typical. Cons - our room was old, smelly and dirty. The bed was full of sand! The tile was mouldy, the air conditioner was insanely loud and had a dank smell to it. The food was awful. We did not try any of the restaurants, as reservations were hard to come by. The one buffet was very bad, with no variation from night to night. The nightly entertainment was pretty lame - just a bit of dancing in a windowless meeting room. Overall, if you enjoy a bit of luxury and the typical all inclusive experience, this is not your resort. You get what you pay for.

If you only need somewhere to sleep then I guess this is your place to stay. Rooms were absolutely disgusting, old, and they didn’t change our sheets once. We booked here for the “evening live entertainment and night club” which is non existent so the only entertainment you get is if you pay for your own taxi down to the strip and pay out of pocket. You have to make reservations at exactly 9:01 am and if you don’t you have to eat at the buffet which is literally the same food over and over again. It gets sickening. 7 days was absolutely too long for this resort. Save your money and spend a couple hundred more on a nice resort. This was not what I had expected for my first time travelling.
