Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. However checking in and out are major problems with this Hotel you will wait 10-40 min in line with no other options. And the hotel will not let you leave without checking out and getting a ticket to leave so plan accordingly You will also be required to wear a wristband your entire stay. I feel like this hotel has no regard for your time, not up to American standards.

Property is in a good location and personnel are nice and attentive. However, property needs LOTS of maintenance. A/C was not working in the whole tower we were staying at and we were not told about it until we complained to the front desk. We got moved to another tower with a nice view, but room was poorly maintained, had no shower or toilet door (looked like they attempted to remodel but place the room back in service before it was ready). Got moved another time because we preferred no AC but working room. I believe we should not have to make that decision. It was disappointing and frustrating, so we will never be coming back there.

We weren’t on the all-inclusive plan and were unable to charge drinks to our room. When we purchased drinks at the pool bar they were the tiniest drinks that you’ve ever seen (likely because they’re catering to all-inclusive.) there were no pool or beach chairs available after 10;00am. There was a MAJOR water leak happening which resulted in ceilings being cut out and dripping through the lobby.

We absolutely loved the hotel when we got here, however after check in, the air conditioning went out and was it hot. The ceiling fan didnt help, and when we called the front desk we were just told its being worked on. The deak clerk was not very understanding or polite. Just kept saying its being worked on. I understand equipment breaks but in this climate with no breeze, it was nearly impossible to sleep due to the stagnant air in our room. I even asked if we could move to another building regardless that we paid for an ocean view room, we just wanted to be comfortable and enjoy our selves and maybe get a good night sleep. This was very upsetting and we will never be back to this hotel again.
