Worst experience ever on a hotel. I had better experience from a Motel 6. Check in is at 3pm, and I arrived at around 3:30 pm and they said they didn't have any room ready for me and 4 other people ahead of me. They told me to write my name and number in a scrap paper. I decided to stay in the lobby to wait for it. One couple had the same experience after I did. The line finally built up for check in and they called the couple after I arrived and I waited for my name but, was never called. They started giving rooms to the ones in line. So I joined the long line to get my room. When it was my turn I asked the receptionist if they were ever going to call me for an available room. The receptionist told me that she doesn't know anything about it since she just got on shift. She finally got me a room. I hauled my stuff to the room and the keys did work but the door would bot open. The front desk is far from the room. I walked there twice to get it resolved. They had to move me to a another room in the second floor of another building. They don't have elevators so I had to drag my stuff to that room. After all that, I just wanted to relax before I get ready to an event and watch TV. The TV channels were not working. They said they are having problems with that throughout the whole building and they called a technicians already. I checked out the next day and the TV was still not working right.

HOTEL UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The hotel is under construction! Arriving in the evening for check in made it a little confusing on finding the temporary "check in" desk. The staff at the desk was helpful when I was having trouble with my room key. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Firstly after a hectic flight they give me checked in at 5 pm Which was supposed to at 3.30. They don't have rooms ready still they handover me key and I tried to open the room and not able to open it that time they were saying room was not ready. Again i have to wait for new room. 4 time i have to change the key card because it was not workings everytime i come out the room Experience was very bad
