The front desk was extremely rude and refused to provide a shower curtain, so the bathroom floors were near-flooded. The front desk wouldn’t answer the phone all night, so I couldn’t request more towels to soak up the water on the floors. Both pools were very poorly maintained throughout the day, with cups, plastic bags, and general litter floating all around it. While the resort itself has much to offer, it’s impossible to feel comfortable when the staff is so disrespectful to its patrons.

Second time staying here love that it’s super quiet. It has a nice vibe to it as well. the staff is friendly and get through your check in process quick. In a good location many stores and restaurants around the area. Stayed here for Coachella only a five minute drive to the convention center where shuttles pick up. So will continue to come back here for Coachella!
