If you want a quiet and relaxing, upscale vacation, this is the place for you. The staff were welcoming, friendly and bent over backwards to help whenever needed. The food was of high-quality, as were the rooms.

Villa La Estancia offered us the best all-inclusive experience to date. Upon arrival, my wife and I were warmly welcomed with chilled champagne and towels, immediately setting a high standard for hospitality. Our accommodations were impeccably clean, with fridges thoughtfully stocked with beer and soft drinks. Dining at La Casona, the resort's restaurant, was exceptional; our breakfast servers, Carolina, Esmeralda, and Daniela, provided attentive service without being intrusive. Dinner was equally impressive in terms of service, thanks to the excellent service from Alfredo, Eduardo, Rigoberto, Hugo, and Oswaldo. The dinner food was absolutely fantastic, much better than any other resort with the all-inclusive option. Our beachside lunches, enhanced by the outstanding service of our concierges Angel and Jesus, were memorable. However, the room service breakfast did not meet our expectations. The interaction with the staff member over the phone lacked courtesy, and the presentation of our meal—served in a disposable tray without proper cutlery or accompaniments for our coffee—was disappointing. Opting to skip this option, we went to the pool and found the poolside service to be exceptional, enjoying wonderful food and treatment. In summary, our stay at Villa La Estancia was delightful. Can’t wait to go back and dive into all that goodness again!

The property was very well-maintained, with lovely staff, amazing food, and beach chairs were always available. I liked that we were able to take part in the festivities next door, at Flamingoes which was much livelier and offered more activities/dining options. We liked the quietness of La Estancia though. Most of the guests were older or part of small families. Knocked off a few points because the whole property lost wifi reception for a day which meant we couldn't access the internet for work. Housekeeping also came by late (around 3-4pm) when we were already back in our room getting ready for dinner. Dinner at the steakhouse took almost 3 hours, and although the dress code was strongly suggested to us, it was obvious it was not enforced. The neighboring town, Bucerias, is only a 20-30 minute walk away, accessible by walking north along the beach or through a walking trail in front of the resort. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was nice to relax and bask in the sun without leaving the resort knowing we had great food options at our fingertips.

This was by far the cleanest property we have stayed at. EVERYTHING was spotless. The people were all very friendly and happy to help. The dining options are a bit misleading as there is really only one restaurant and a pool side bar/restaurant. The others are in the sister property next door. The good news is the food at the restaurant was 5 star. Amazing dinners. We ate there 7 nights and every night was very good.
