The rooms are outdated and one we used smelled terrible. The check in process was the worst. We booked through hotel.com and spent over 30 minutes in the lobby trying to get in our room because the lady at the front desk was saying the rooms were not paid even though we had a cleared charge for the rooms. We gave another credit card and went to check out this morning and the guy said we owed nothing so no receipt was needed and had us take a picture of the zero balance. So basically the lady didn't know what she was doing and after a 13 hour day we spent almost another hour trying to check in to rooms that were paid for......
