Great ocean view and beach. Good location next to a lot of the local reataurants and stores.
Nice place stayed a week. Smaller and more quiet than the surrounding properties. Staff very nice, pools were nice but the ocean was amazing! Don’t eat at the resort restaurants or drink at the bars way to expensive and there are plants of options close to include a grocery store. The outside bar does have two for one happy hour which we took advantage of. We booked an excursion at the resort and found out later from fellow travelers they booked the same one across the street for half the price. I would recommend this resort and I plan on going back next year.
We had our reservation set and all but upon checkin they informed me we don’t have anything on file and didn’t want to check us in. I had to give them a 500 cash deposit until they fixed the matter. We took the red eye flight and got to Cancun at 6am. I told the manager we need a room to sleep until they fix the matter. After a few hours they found the reservation and upgraded us the a better room. we were inconvinced but they took care of us.
Love the resort it was so beautiful everyone was so helpful and friendly.

It’s a beautiful place, safe and has free parking. But I didn’t like how hotel employees kept talking to me trying to sell me membership, tours and other stuff.
I liked everything about it. Everyone was very friendly
Room lighting is a little harsh. I don't like the bands they make you wear to use the pools.
The location is absolutely perfect. The beach is clean and the service is the best I have ever experienced. It is not all inclusive like I thought it was as fist but the food and drinks weren’t too expensive.

No me dejaron entrar antes de la hora de entrar. Y eso que tengo acceso VIP. Para que llegara mi mochila fue un caos que tuve que ir yo por ella y buscarla.
