The pillows were in need of replacement, the safe did not work, and there were plenty of noisy guests. The walls are not soundproof nor insulated. Our neighbor guest was on his phone outside of his room. We could hear his conversation which started at 10:00 pm and did not end until we had to call the front desk at 1:00 am. Thankfully, the onsite manager did speak with the guest and he went inside. Amen!. The place is clean, but it is dated.

Let’s start by saying that the owners and the people in the front office are very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, it does not make up for the state of this motel. Everybody who goes to Anaheim is looking for an affordable hotel. This may be affordable, but it is absolutely unsafe, unclean, and not worth spending time. The walls were crumbling, and moldy, the carpets were, moist and filthy. The walls were falling apart. There was dirt, grime and filth all over the walls and floors. Really wish that we could get a refund and stay somewhere else. Unfortunately we weren't so lucky. Don’t stay here.

My family and I, including my parents & brother spent 4 nights here. We spend our days in Disneyland. Every night when we all returned, finding a parking spot was harder and harder to find. On the last night, there was ZERO parking. I called the hotel and someone came out. We asked about why there's wasnt enough parking spots per guest staying, he didn't answer us. Just ignored the question. He had us park in front of the dumpsters that had a "DO NOT PARK, WILL BE TOWED" sign. We didnt feel safe parking our vehicle there, but we had no choice. There was no where else to park. Pictures included. Also, the rooms were dirty, old, and gross. On the last night, I found a nose pierceing ring in the corner of the bathroom counter (pics). They made the beds and gave clean towels every day, but didn't clean the bathroom counter. Even inbetween guests, because that nose ring wasn't anyone of my family's. The AC unit smelled bad when on. The ONLY elevator was kinda scary to use, afraid we were going to be stuck on it. We also had a magnetic decal on our vehicle that went missing while staying there. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

Bunk bed space too small , u could hardly fit a 9 year old in room to even squeeze in bunk bed. Bathrooms had sliding door too wich was a no to me.

I would like to start by saying the staff was very nice and helpful!!! Unfortunately, it was not in the best part of town, so that made it impossible not to get my car broken into. Its just not a great area, but it was very convenient to Knotts Berry Farm. ( walking distance). The rooms definitely could be renovated to be more appealing to the eye. I had a room, shower, toilet, and nicely made bed and even a kitchenette and coffee maker with dishes. It gave me a comfortable place to sleep and shower. I would recommened an update though. The door jam did not have any stripping around it and so there was a lot of air space around it making the outside noise and air also the inside noise and air. The air conditioner/heater had a rattle when it was on, so i would recommend fixing that also. Did it keep me awake, no, but it may have kept others awake, ( i also did not need it much as the room air was also outside temp which was 70ish degress) would i stay here again for the price, sure, but would i pay a few bucks more if it were renovated, yes!
