Always easy to deal with Orbitz. Of course, now I expect it so maybe they don’t get the proper love and recognition they deserve. Thank you Orbitz for the quality and consistency of giving me great deals, hassle-free.

I completely filled out the form, not once, but twice! Then after a search, you said, ” unable to complete.” Wasted time! So I just went to American airlines and bought the tickets. Why should I try you again?

The guy on the phone was very helpful, but I did not choose a hotel through Orbitz, because I felt the listed prices always went up during the process and I don’t like the fact that I cannot talk directly with the hotel with my questions. I ended up choosing Vagabond Inn, where I got a very nice gentleman who was AT the hotel. I received all the same amenities for much less $$.

I spoke to two managers and neither was able to resolve my situation with the hotel manager. I called the hotel personally and immediately had it resolved myself after wasting over 1 hour with 3 different Orbitz employees.

Could not book trip. The site kept telling me to “try again later” and then the price would rise. Finally booked trip but then the flights were wrong. Had to cancel and use a different service.

There was no issue with the booking itself-online-and the next day Bella tried to find me a car for an hour and a half. No luck and we ultimately found a rental through another service, but Orbitz could not locate one in all of San Juan. Bella tried really hard.
A definite issue was the site allowing us to confirm a car at a location and time at which that location was closed! I took an uber to get the car only to find the doors locked and a sign saying they had closed at 5.
And then, although you tried hard, Orbitz could not locate a car, but we were able to rent one elsewhere. Not sure why Orbitz did not have the same access. I do know things are a little disrupted still in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, but this was not a good experience.

Was told 182.00 for car, got their car that was suppose to have was damaged and the vechile they gave ended up costing 667.00 will never book through orbits again!!!!!
