Honestly, I usually use Orbitz for research and then book directly with the airline. This time, it was a multi-carrier itinerary, and booking with Orbitz seemed the best bet. Was impressed that it allowed for seat selection. The process was simple (way simpler than booking with the individual airlines), and if everything goes according to plan on the day of travel, I will be quite pleased.

February 15, 2018I tried to make reservations all over Japan over the course of several days but most times, I got a message saying I should try back in a few minutes. Nothing was working. This was very disappointing. So I wound up making most of my reservations through other online services like hotels.com or booking.com. I wanted to make them all on orbitz but your system wouldn’t work for me for most of the attempts.

February 15, 2018I have been using Orbitz for over twenty years. My husband and I made many trips, but I was always the one making the reservations. He, Eugene Hamilton has been dead 3 years, but his name is always the one listed for rewards, etc.
Could you please correct this?
