Entire United staff that I dealt with were excellent at what they do

Feb 20, 2020

Great experience

Dec 28, 2019

The flight was fine, but the guy in marketing who proposed "comfy seat" as one of the survey choices should be sentenced to be wedged into one of your six-across, no knee room, cushion-thick-as-a-padded-envelope seats in coach for six hours.

Dec 2, 2019

An extremely long wait for gate checked bag at arrival in Norfolk😡

Nov 24, 2019

The screen for my seat didn't work. :-(

Sep 14, 2019

Very friendly staff that went above and beyond for my lap infant.

May 3, 2019

Alaska is my favorite airline staff is always great

Nov 28, 2018

Very unhappy with the Ground transportation at BWI (AMTRAK/MARK Parking bus driver)

Nov 23, 2018
