It took an hour to get luggage. Terrible.

Aug 3, 2018

My travel bags are lost, I have not received them.

Jul 20, 2018

Unbelievable airline from start to finish!

May 15, 2018

Great crew and food

Mar 25, 2018

Transferring at JFK sucks. I think I'll have to buy earlier to get business class seats next time (at a more reasonable price than what I found buying 4 weeks out) - the 777 on my flight from BOS to DXB was much nicer than the A380 on the return flight DXB-JFK (for economy class).

Mar 13, 2018

Very good airline

Feb 27, 2018

The best flight I have ever been on...I look forward to flying with them again.

Feb 21, 2018

expecting free wifi in the future

Jan 20, 2018

Everything was excellent except the Wifi....the Sita OnAir stuff is terrible so consider better service like Panasonic or Honeywell (Inmarsat GX)....

Jfk needs to do something about luggage retrieval. It took about 45 minutes. Also, the food on Emirates stinks.
