Flight was delayed, so we were booked on a flight two hours later... still made our connection with our cruise! But, our gate checked bags, ours and others... were not explained where to find them , as we did not arrived at a stairway. So we had to ask fight attendant bout the recovery of our bags. They hand carried them up to the plane exit... no one was informed where to pick them up, including the flight attendant that tracked them down for us!
Friendly flight attendants.
check in was not easy but got help and it was ok
The flight attendant was great. She encouraged me to use my French!
Captain do the great landing
Thank you! Orbitz!
The food was ok and the staff was very attentive and offered water and juice on a regular basis contrary to the flight from the US to Germany
Plane was a newer 757. Not as quiet as a 787 or an A380, but acceptable. Feels rather small for transatlantic flight.
Great crew , super friendly
Great trip - everyone worked together nicely!
