If I buy a ticket for a Virgin Atlantic flight, I expect to fly Virgin Atlantic, not Delta.
The seat were not cleaned, there were toenails on the seat from the previous flight- disgusting!
We did wait almost an hour for our luggage....but otherwise, all was good.
