Contacted by staff to retrieve a very important item I inadvertently left at Terminal in Durango
We took off and had to return for mechanical reasons. The gate agents were so amazing sharing information continuously and being very helpful. Found it really impressive.
Durango airport! Wow what a gem
on both legs of my flight the planes were very cold. I had on a sweatshirt and a light down jacket and still froze. I know temperature is a very subjective thing; these planes were COLD!
Seats very uncomfortable. They hurt my back and my butt!!!
Thank You for automatically rebooking on delayed flight due to weather and mechanical troubles
Smooth flights and on time! Great experience from start to finish! I also loved that my connecting flights were at the same gate! How great is that! Thanks American!
Seat cushion on return flight needed to be replaced.
Disappointed with limited flights on Sunday return. Had to take the 7:45am flight. All other flights were unavailable. Also they overbooked both ways. They need to add more flights.
Sat on the airplane 1 hour and 30minutes before we took off. And then had to wait 30 minutes for our luggage after we arrived one hour late. So we left the airport about 12:30- 12:45!
