My family was there for less than 24 hours and they all was sick with a virus. You asked everyone that over 18 that’s staying in the room for ID. The rooms are not clean. Check out is at 11:00am they start knocking on the door at 8:30 am. Smh I will never again

Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.

We did not get a beach view? We got a building next door view. The elevators were slow. I think only 3 of 5 were operating at any given time causing waits of 15 minutes or more. On checkout, I was promised a receipt in email because "my printer is down", but never received one.

The blanket was as flat as the sheets, only two flat pillows. The carpet throughout the casino smelled horrid. There was no staff to complain to. Only three towels my stay was terrible would never recommend staying at showboat
