The property was clean & well presented. It was close to the tram stop & only a few minutes into the main city area. In regard to communication, This was very poor. We had booked a deluxe room 6 months prior to checkin & didn't find out until we queried the room that was allocated at checkin that it was a standard double. After various attempts to find out why this happened we were told that our booking hadn't gone through even though it was confirmed through Expedia. After negotiating with the onsite manager we were refunded the difference.

Perfect!

Lovely stay at the end of 8 weeks of travel. Easy walk to the lake and parks, 15 minutes to the old town, minimarket 100m away, on the local bus route, modern laundry in basement, new lift and room appliances. All in all a very pleasant stay in a quiet street. Special thanks to the staff for their assistance, friendliness and useful tips on eateries etc.

Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. Very helpful and attentive property manager who even asked whether we need a portable fan when we came back from a warm day. Good location. About 15 mins tram ride from Lucerne Central Station. Coop supermarket opposite the apartment and a number of eateries within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay in Zurich at a reasonable pricing.

Typical room in Switzerland - simple and functional. The small refrigerator was convenient to have, plus there is a market down the street. The Tram stop is just down the street as well.

The apartment was a good layout and the beds very comfy. There is no a/c which isn't that uncommon but it was very hot during our visit in July. The curtains are very light and don't block any light so the room stays bright. The location is excellent for transportation and walking to beautiful parks. There is also a grocery store right across the street which is very handy.

Got the key okay. Has world's smallest elevator - which was broken on the day I arrived, so had to get luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The room was in the roof, so 1/3 of the space was angled and not much use! Skylights only, which when opened just let all the noise in. Door into apartment opened directly onto stairs that lead up to the room, so steep that if I stood on the bottom step the keyhole was below my knee - I had to crouch to lock the door! TV only had Netflix but wasn't told whether this was included or extra, so didn't use it - nowhere to plug TV aerial cable in. But it was right by tram stop, grocery store (Coop), was clean, had bare essentials, bed was a little on the short side as I'm 6ft but comfortable. As a place just to sleep & cook/microwave basic meal, it is acceptable.

Det blev en misskommunikation kring möjligheten att parkera, men det löste personalen jättefint och var otroligt hjälpsamma. Vi hade ett mysigt rum med möjligheter att fixa lite egen mat och området kändes bra. Vi gick eller tog spårvagn in till centrum, det funkade toppenbra!
