The staff were not friendly or Helpful. It is a unique hotel and clean. The rooms are super small, you can barely get around the bed. The shower has glass walls that are in the bedroom. To have privacy you have to close the curtain around the shower stall, very strange to have a shower actually in the bedroom and not in a bathroom. The bathroom sink is also in the bedroom.
This is a great location with a movie theme!

The hotel was beautiful and the main check in was creatively in the main lounge/ bar area making you feel so welcomed. When we checked in we felt genuinely welcomed by staff and lovely decor.
What a wonderful gem of a place to stay. Everything was clean and nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. So close to the shopping district and the train station it was so easy to get everywhere. Loved the shampoo, body wash, and lotion! So wonderful, I didn’t use anything I brought. I wish they sold it in the U.S!!!
The location is just perfect! Everything is near -!: a walking distance. Rooms are big enough, comfortable.
Everything was excellent! The breakfast was amazing and inclusive of any dietary restrictions. Made it very easy to get our day started. Loved everything about our stay, and have convinced friends of ours who are visiting Zurich later this summer to stay there. Only issue was with one staff member who was not very polite on the day of our arrival. Maybe they were having an off day, but the interaction with this individual still stayed with us the entire week we were there. Thankfully everyone else was amazing, changing our opinion and helped us have a wonderful time!

The staff there was top notch. Not speaking Swiss German before the trip I didn't know what to expect. They spoke to me in very good English and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The only issue was soace was a bit tight in the room butvthe facilities and amenities were great. Wish there were some tv programs in the English language.
