The hotel is great I'm every way. It has a great vibe, all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Room perfect Breakfast perfect. Bed and pillows perfect. I can't say enough good things about CitizenM. I would go out of my way to stay again. In fact I might plan my next trip around CitizenM locations! True words!
The room was clean, cozy, and well equipped including some cool settings on the ipad with coordinated lights and music for relaxing. Staff was very helpful and would absolutely stay again

This property is intended for adolescent to college age clientele. The gamer set specifically. It is silly, cluttered, and not very functional for adults. Much to small for two or more adults or people traveling with children.

Well located and well run hotel. Efficient in every aspect, including energy. Rooms are on the small side and are not meant to spent any time other than sleeping in them.

citizenM has a unique, quick checkin/checkout kiosk where it's possible to check yourself in including making room keys. Staff is very friendly and happy to operate the kiosk for you. No room service but a 24/7 bar/restaurant. Nice shower. Control lights and window shades/blinds with an iPad. Rooms are quite small, and the sink is in a weird place. Would visit again.
Hotel rooms here are like space pods, a fine idea and well executed but very antiseptic. They try to offset the frigid spaceship vibe by touting a reimagined lobby - fewer imposing marble floors, more couches and common space to mingle (look at our cool art, have a cocktail, etc) HOWEVER, when my partner and brought in a salad from around the corner we were kicked out of the hotel common eating area because it might keep them from selling thwir own food. So in reality there is no truly common space in the hotel, just pod rooms and a restaurant. My partner and I had to eat off the only 10x25cm countertop surface in the room, taking turns sitting in the one chair in the room. Hotels need common space for common activities. Not a shared kitchen but at least a place for guests to eat, since the sterile space pods don't cut it.
Its a very barebones room, the type where the bathroom is a toilet and shower and the sink is in the room, but has a comfortable bed.
Could not eat in the lobby. Only one chair in room. iPad was not working the whole time.

Regarding your comment on the size of our rooms; We have re-designed the hotel with today's modern traveller in mind, and that meant taking away the usual hotel cliches and making the rest as great as can be. That's why our beds are huge and comfy, the movies and Wi-Fi free, and the showers truly jetlag busting. We added a large storage drawer under each bed and we kept clutter in the rooms to a minimum. And as always, our living rooms (not your ordinary lobbies!) and everything in them (books, art, TV) are all yours to enjoy every time you visit us.
