The location is excellent, but our stay was marred by frustrating service. We constantly had to call 3–4 times just to get simple room service items delivered. The staff also showed little flexibility when we requested a rushed takeaway breakfast—they flatly refused without offering any workaround. To make matters worse, the inability to charge incidentals to the room feels outdated and impractical. Overall, a disappointing experience given the hotel's potential.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Service impeccable. Views amazing. Rooms beautiful. A long but wonderful trip and stay.
