Spectacular views and exceptional host
We had such a fantastic holiday here! Beautiful view (even better than photos) everywhere absolutely spotless in apartment, tastefully decorated and accessorized with every little detail thought out and every need catered for with finishing welcoming touches I've not seen in any accommodation before. Food and drink well stocked for us (extremely handy after arriving late at night) Igor took time out of his busy day to take us out on his boat to visit the opposite island and swim in the sea, providing us with lunch and drinks, all at no expense! so very kind and way beyond what we expected - simply because I had mentioned I was going to book a boat trip! Coming back after a hot busy day sightseeing to a shower and jacuzzi was so perfect and relaxing, I would recommend this place to anyone and would most definitely return. Zadar is lovely and Croatia a very beautiful country with lots to see and do. Thank you so much Igor and Marina for a holiday we won't ever forget!

Es war eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung von Marina und Igor!
Die Herzlichkeit spürte man nicht nur in der Ausstattung der Wohnung sondern insbesondere im Umgang miteinander!

Wir haben hier einen phantastischen Urlaub verbracht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage am Stadtrand von Zadar, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Stränden in Laufweite. Sie verfügt über eine sehr grosse Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick auf das Meer, Zadar und die vorgelagerte Insel Ugljan. Dieses wundervolle Panorama lässt sich vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang genießen. Dazu sehr angenehm beschattet, dass man es es auch bei hohen Temperaturen gut aushalten kann - in den Saunen und Whirlpool kann man sich dann nach Laune aufwären und abkühlen. Die gemütlichen Loungemöbel und
Sonnenliegen, sowie Billard und Grill lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Neben dem großzügigen geschmackvollem Wohnbereich mit Küche inkl. vollautom. Kaffeemaschine und großem TV gibt es noch zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Ein weiterer Balkon mit ebenso tollem Ausblick bietet einen großen Esstisch mit einer Außenküche. Der Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine sorgt immer für kühle Getränke. Auch für technische begeisterte ist allerhand geboten - ein leicht zu bedienendes Smart Home für Beleuchtung, Klimatisierung bis hin zum Saugroboter. Zu den Gastgebern: hier bräuchte man für die Bewertung ein paar Sternchen mehr! Igor und seine Frau sind sehr sympatisch und zuvorkommend und haben uns zu später Stunde nett empfangen. Sie verstehen es wahrlich, ihre Gäste zu verwöhnen! Dank Euch beiden! Es ist uns schwer gefallen wieder abreisen zu müssen.
