The’Heater’ blew cold air for hours. Finally I called the front desk and they put me in a different room. That room had the same problem, heater blew cold air. The phone in that room didn’t work so I called the front desk and their solution was to turn it off and try again later. I tried it again in the morning and same cold air result. I complained at the front desk and they said ‘Cody’ was the manager but he wasn’t in yet. I left my name and number fir’Cody’ to call me and he never did. I’m going to dispute the charge with American Express. I rented 2 rooms last week for my family and didn’t have a problem…
