The Space:

Fox Inn is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bath house overlooking Yucca Valley. With a huge accordion door spanning the entire living/dining area you'll have the best view from every angle.



Guest Access:

★ BEDS & BATHS ★

The property can sleep up to 6 guest in 3 different bedrooms. The master bedroom has one king-size bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom.



The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed.



★ KITCHEN & DINING ★

You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a French press. Choose to dine indoors by the dining table for 6 with the best view in town, or at the patio table towards the boulders.



The Neighborhood:

We’re in a nice neighborhood of Yucca Valley, and shops, retail, and restaurants are all nearby.



Getting Around:

You will need a car, and ride shares and taxis are also available.

** Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.**

Outdoor Surveillance: We have one security camera facing the driveway. None inside none in the back



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.



☆ Cowboy Pool Availability ☆

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



* Pet Fee is $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

ABOUT THE OWNERS

Welcome! We have been visiting the Joshua Tree area for over a decade and it has a special place in our hearts. When the opportunity presented itself to own a beautiful home on top of a mountain, we jumped all in! We live full time in San Diego with our 2 year old son, Fox. We dedicate this beautiful home to him in keeping with our Fox Inn theme. We love our family vacation home and we hope you enjoy all the magic the desert has to offer. ABOUT THE HOUSE

This beautiful home is a brand new construction and was finished at the end of the 2021. We built this beautiful home as our family vacation home so everything has been thoroughly thought out. From the comfortable bamboo sheets, dimmers on the lights, a fully stacked kitchen full of professional cooking utensils and so much more. Since the house is situated on top of a mountain, the sunrise in the East every morning is unmatched to anything we have experienced before. Kick off your shoes, unwind, grab a cup of Joshua Tree coffee and enjoy your stay in our beautiful home.

The house is always 100% yours. Brad Klopman and The Cohost Company are available 24/7 for anything you need though.
