The staff were friendly, breakfast was well maintained. The pool however was closed for maintenance and would have liked to know that prior to staying. We were traveling with kids and had planned to let them burn off energy before bed.

The room was decent, the linens clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom had running warm water but looked old and needs to be deep cleaned due to staining. It had basic amenities like a refrigerator. Overall, you get what you pay for and the rate was pretty cheap.

We checked in and about 45 minutes later someone was trying to get in our room. Had my husband not flipped the upper lock, he would have been able to walk right in. He was very apologetic, he had just checked in, and they assigned him our room. I asked for some kind of compensation for the scare, but was told since I booked online they couldn't do anything. The tub could have used a good cleaning and the smoke detector in our room was missing. I guess you get what you pay for.
