Staff was extremely rude. I arrived few hours before checking and asked to used the restroom. The response I got was they had no public restroom. I explained I was going to be a guest and waiting to check in in a few hours and even then they denied. Once I got the room the furnace was extremely loud making difficult to have a good sleep. Not the greatest place.

Not a single apology or care and overpriced at 150

Both Managers didn't offer to dry my clothes or even apologize after learning that thier coin dryer wasn't working. Asked for a couple of trash bags for wet clothes and he asked for my room number to charge me for them. Politely told him about dryer and showed him what was wrong. He didn't care and was like getting all defensive. Told the day manager about it- same result. Place is overpriced, mattresses are cheap, hot tub is joke, and I doubt they will fix the dryer.

just not a clean place. My daughter has asthma and had an asthma attack during the night…I went into the bathroom and there’s mold growing on the wall. The door didn’t work…had to almost kick it in the open. It was all warped from being exposed to the elements and NO upkeep. It felt dirty and old…needs an update for sure. The AC unit did not work and they knew about it and did not let us know BEFORE we got the room. The beds are tiny. It was not worth the money.

Clean but 'dated'

Having stayed at this property many times over the past several years, but then with a hiatus, it was surprising but then not how this hotel now shows its age. Primarily, there is an 'aged-odor,' like the paint, carpets, and woodwork (wardrobes in-room, banister, trimwork, etc.). However, the meeting area, and diningroom were clean and tidy; the desk-service great. The nicest part for me, also 'older,' is the AUTOMATIC ENTRY-DOOR at front entrance, ALWAYS a plus when going in and out with handsful of luggage and personal belongings, and due to windy weather!

This establishment was pretty average, at best. Expedia advertised it as pet friendly and even allowed us to reserve a room with queen size beds. We had 4 adults and needed good rest from traveling. When we walked in with our dog, the manager (Genevive) barked at us and made my husband and dog wait outside in the 20 degree weather until we got checked in. Then, she down-graded us to full sized beds—their pet friendly room, but wouldn’t reimburse us the difference because we had paid through Expedia. Horrible customer service, and super unfriendly. The smaller beds disrupted our sleep. Had I been given correct information to begin with, I wouldn’t have stayed here. I don’t know if that’s on Expedia, or if it’s the hotel’s fault. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and all of us grumpy for lack of a good night’s sleep.

There was nobody ever at the front desk when needed! It took me 30 mins to find someone to check in. And then another 20 mins to find someone to check out. Then our key cards didn’t work through the whole stay.
