Really big place, excellent in-floor heating, great bedrooms, really quiet. Would recommend for two or three couples or a family. It also had a really great long cord for plugging in the car overnight. Would have been great if it had a shovel -- we borrowed one from Yellowknife Tours across the back alley. Good location for downtown shopping and convenient quick drive (or $8 taxi) to Old Yellowknife areas and to anywhere else we wanted to go. Be sure to let any tours you know to pick you up in the back alley -- it's a long walk around to go to the front yard. And yes, there is a pizza place in the front yard. Fun bonus!

It’s a nightmare when we went back to the house after the aurora tour (already 2am) the entry door keypad was not working and called the owner but no response. We stayed in one hotel lobby for the rest of the night
