"The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good, which we appreciated during our stay. However, the hotel really needs to improve its cleanliness and make sure that mattresses and blankets are properly checked before allowing guests to check in. Unfortunately, my friends and I discovered dried blood on one of the blankets in one of the two rooms we booked. We didn’t notice it right away because we only dropped off our things, changed clothes, and immediately left to attend a concert. We only found out about it later. As guests, this was definitely a lesson learned for us to always inspect the blankets and mattress upon check-in. Still, proper cleanliness should be a basic standard that guests should not have to worry about."
