This hotel is top notch. Friendly, helpful front desk, transportation to and from Crystal Grand venue which I've utilized often for rock concerts, rooms have very comfy beds and pillows, fridge, microwave, bathrooms are bright and airy, showers are clean and big with waterfall showerhead. I look for Fairfields when I travel as the experience is the same regardless of location. Check out BJs restaurant right down the road for a delicious breakfast.

Baecation

I took my Queen on a Baecation and we ended it in Wisconsin dells and everything was good but when we arrived in the room, the fridge still had good inside from the last guest. And the next morning we was leaving to go to Kalahari water Park and the room attendant was outside our room. So I asked him if he could give fresh towels and get the trash and fix the bed he said yes. When we came back nothing was done at all!!! Very disappointed, I called the front desk to get fresh towels and asked for a trash bag for the trash. You would expect more for what you pay for.

The lady at the front desk was very kind but the inside of building is showing its age. Starting with the elevator. Floor disgusting and desperately needed vacuuming. Hall floors need vacuuming too. Really I’m was ok but hair in shower and no TV remote.

Good for what it is

My overall one night stay was good and comfortable, just skip right past their breakfast! Also two out of four pillowcases on my bed were visibly made insideout with the tags and stitching on the outside. Did the previous guest use them and that’s how they turned the bed instead of replacing them? No idea - but it weirded me out.
