The stay started off good, the desk clerk was fine with my family having our emotional support animal. I called the front desk to get more towels but never got an answer, so I had to go down. The pool was exceptionally small, and uninviting. After a decent stay the business came four days after check out to charge me for the pet. No call, no email, no nothing, just a bill. When I called back to get an understanding of why I was charged, the manager was rude, and nasty with me over the phone.

Staff was courteous. Breakfast very good choices. Toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned as there was leftover debris dried on the inside of toilet stool. The shower head kept falling off the adjustable pole.

55 degrees in a room and it I warming up very slow. Not sure it will. Toilet was filthy , bathroom was not cleaned. No toiletries nor anything. Like they didn’t finish cleaning it
