This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 level lakeside home is ideal for your next Dells vacation. Located next to Spring Brook Lake, this home is a tranquil oasis where you can relax to the max. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck that wraps the entire back of the house and has splendid views of the lake and the surrounding pines. A charcoal grill, firepit and seating area graces the backyard - roast marshmallows and tell stories around the campfire in the evenings!
Walk into a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, TV, dining area and well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher. The roomy glass atrium adjacent to the dining room provides a cozy space to relax with a book or watch TV, or to admire the lake views right outside. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided!
The main floor hallway leads to a guest bedroom with a king bed, TV and a full bath across the hall. Continue on to the large master bedroom with a king bed, TV and attached en-suite with whirlpool tub. The laundry room is conveniently located on the main floor as well. Head upstairs and enjoy the view from the loft area or catch your favorite show on the TV. A balcony overlooking the lake provides a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. The third bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed and TV. A third bathroom with a walk-in shower is located upstairs for extra convenience.
The house sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on a sofa sleeper in the living room, and there are 2 sofa sleepers upstairs that sleep 1 guest each. The garage is available for guest parking. This home is pet friendly – pet fees of $75 per dog, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed.
Day at the Lake is centrally located within the resort and is just a short drive or walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 10, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies.

The house was as described. We had plenty of room for each couple to have their own space. The house has only the very minimum extras: only one trash bag, one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher pod, etc. so if you actually use the house for more than sleeping be prepared to bring extras of those things. The location to all the Dells has to offer can’t be beat though. Would stay at Springbrook again.

A very wonderful stay. The showers and tubs maybe could use. anti slip strips and the kitchen could use some steak knives everything else just perfec I just wanted to add how Kait was terrific. She was the most helpful and accomidating . She is certainly an asset to your company

We stayed there for a long weekend in July. It was the perfect central location for our family to meet and spend some quality time together. Girls weekend getaway
We had a great weekend in the Dells. The house was very clean and bedrooms big and beds were very comfortable. they had a all seasons room which had a fireplace in it but it wasn't working it would have been wonderful to have spent some time out there it was a very clean comfortable house and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about it

After Christmas Celebration
We stayed here to celebrate our family Christmas. Our adult kids brought their dogs. The house had 3 big bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds, and single pull out couches. The location was ideal for gathering.
